Lot 1961
1909-S. VDB. PCGS
graded VF-30. Lovely medium brown in color and well struck. A couple of
minor nicks on Lincoln's jaw, and a nick on the N in ONE on the reverse.
Estimated Value $400-500.
Lot 1962
1916-S. PCGS graded
MS-65 Red and Brown. An early strike from the dies as Lincoln and all the
peripheral devices and lettering are very sharp. Light golden brown in color on
the obverse, more brown on the reverse with some mint color near the lettering.
Excellent quality for the numismatist.
Estimated Value $600-700.
Lot 1963
1919-D. PCGS graded
MS-64 Red. Bright and lustrous, with just a few traces of toning and no
significant specks. Struck from slightly worn dies, as are most of these early
mintmarked dates. Downright hard to find with full red.
Estimated Value
$400-500.
Lot 1964
1922-D, Weak D.
PCGS graded VF-35. Medium brown in color, with a few surface
scratches. This is the very weak "D" version, with a small lump only under the
date.
Estimated Value $50-75.
Lot 1965
1924-S. PCGS graded
MS-65 Red and Brown. One of the finest graded by PCGS, we note the surfaces
are nearly full red with just slight mellowing, apparently just enough to be
counted as "Red and Brown" by PCGS. Naturally, the surfaces are very clean,
enough so to keep this one in the gem class, and we scarcely see any handling
marks. One minor toning spot on Lincoln's coat below the 1 in the date will
serve to identify this one. Fully struck, especially on the reverse. PCGS has
graded only 14 in this grade, with none higher in any color combination for
that matter.
Estimated Value $4,000-5,000.
Lot 1966
1926-S. PCGS graded
MS-64 Red. A truly rare date in full "red" condition, especially as it
approaches gem grades. This particular one shows minor handling marks on both
sides, and we note that the strike is about average for the date. Minor
weakness on Abe's hair, and on the AM of AMERICA on the reverse, elsewhere the
strike is complete. Identifiable by a minor low area over the E of ONE. PCGS
has graded 56 this high, with just a single coin graded higher in Red.
Estimated Value $3,000-UP.
Lot 1967
1931-S. MS-60
Brown. Nice for the grade, with clean surfaces and glossy fields.
Estimated Value $50-60.

varieties, but includes the various proof varieties. A total of 273 coins, with
some duplicates on the last page, and mounted in a brown Dansco World Coin
Library album. A lot to work with here, and just a few coins from completion.
Many high grade examples are included, and obviously a labor of love from a
true collector. Lot of 273 coins.
Estimated Value $500-UP.
