Army & Air Force Leaders. Lot of seventeen signed business and visiting cards from military men including C.W. Nimitz, Carl Andrew Spaatz, William Childs Westmoreland, Arleigh Burke, Curtis LeMay, Maxwell Taylor, Admiral Moffett, Chuck Yeager, Lauris Norstad, Elmo Russell Zumwalt, W.F. Raborn, A.W. Radford, and William Lealy. Includes duplicates of Nimitz, Burke, and Norstad. Several cards are toned, a few with surface abrasions. Still, the group is in good to very good condition overall.

Asian, Italian, and Miscellaneous Military Leaders. Collection of visiting cards from Asian, Italian, Prussian, and Czech military leaders, including such names as Florenzio Aliprindi, Y. Fukushima, Baron T. Kuroki, General Oyama, Lung Chi Kwang, Prince Bade, Graf Moltke, and General Ludvik Svoboda. All signed and inscribed but for the Kwang. Two cards have remnants of an adhesive on the recto which does not affect signatures, light toning to several. Still, in very good condition overall.

British and German Military Leaders. Lot of eight signed visiting cards from both British and German military leaders including George William Cambridge of the Crimean War, Sir John Anderson, Viscount Kitchener of Khartoum, Franz Halder, Hasso von Manteuffel, Grossadmiral von Koester, Karl Bodenschatz, and Hans Zenker from World War II. Seven of the cards are inscribed as well as signed. Light surface loss to the verso of the Cambridge, light folds on Zenker's card, and light toning to others. In good condition overall.

French Military Generals. Group of thirteen visiting cards from French military generals and marshals including such figures as Georges Ernest Boulanger, M. Gamelin, General Gallieni, J. Joffre, Marshall Lyautey, General Weygand, General Humbert, Marshall Foch, and Marshall Canrobert. Each card is signed and inscribed, but for the Gamelin. A few are toned with light staining. Otherwise the group is very good.

Israeli Military Leaders. Group of three signed visiting cards from Israeli Army General and Statesman Moshe Dayan, Israeli Defense Minister Mordechai Zipori, and Israeli Air Force General Aluf Mordechay Hod. Dayan card is also inscribed "Thanks you [sic] for your congratulations 15-1-54". Two of the cards are lightly toned. Otherwise, the group is in very good condition.

Miscellaneous Military Figures. Lot of thirty-four business and visiting cards from a variety of military leaders including Cornelius Vanderbilt, Jr., S.D. Sturgis, John Lawrence Sullivan, Albert Cushing Read, Hannah D. Rosenberg, General Mahone, Walter Krueger, Admiral Kalbfus, Ernest J. King, Daniel James, Jr., General David Charles Jones, William Irvine, F.J. Herron, Carl Adolphus Hardigg, Roger Hugh Donlon, George Henry Decker, Maxine Conder, George Scratchley Brown, George Whelan Anderson, Leonard Wood, A.A. Vandergrift, and several others. Each of the aforementioned cards has been signed, and several inscribed. Accompanying these cards, two unsigned cards from Andrew Summers Rowan and Arthur MacArthur. Also included are several duplicates. Several cards are toned, a few with folds. Still, the group is in good to very good condition overall.

Pershing, George Dewey, Alexander Haig, Jr., Vice Admiral Farragut, General Butler, Fitz John Porter, Lewis Wallace, General Schurz, Albert Woolson, Oliver North, and others. Several cards are toned and lightly soiled. Otherwise, the group is in fine condition.

Large grouping of seventeen visiting cards from a variety of First Ladies including an inscribed card by Mrs. Theodore Roosevelt, an inscribed card signed by Mrs. Grover Cleveland, a card signed by Miss Elizabeth Cleveland (sister of Grover Cleveland), a card signed by Mrs. Benjamin Harrison, a "Stonewall, Texas" card signed by Lady Bird Johnson, three "White House Washington" cards signed by Lou Henry Hoover, a "White House Washington" card signed by Mamie Doud Eisenhower, a pair of cards signed by Pat Nixon, a card signed by Mrs. Francis Nixon (the President's mother), and four cards signed by Bess Truman. Accompanying the group is an unsigned card of Mrs. Millard Fillmore. Several cards are lightly toned, a few with minor stains. Overall, the group is in good to very good condition.

Group of eleven signed business and calling cards of the 20th century's First Ladies and family members, including an inscribed card signed by Edith Roosevelt with original envelope, an inscribed card signed with initials by Lou Henry Hoover, a White House card signed by Eleanor Roosevelt, an inscribed card signed by FDR's mother Sara Roosevelt, a signed and dated card by Bess Truman, a White House card signed by Mamie Doud Eisenhower, an inscribed card signed by JFK's mother Rose Kennedy, a White House card signed by Lady Bird Johnson, an inscribed card signed by Pat Nixon, a signed card by Nancy Reagan, and finally a card signed by Barbara Bush. Eleanor Roosevelt's card has a small punch hole at the upper left, with light toning. Otherwise the group is in very good condition.

Hayes, an inscribed card of Mrs. Garfield, an unsigned card of Mrs. McElroy, sister of Chester Arthur, an "Executive Mansion" card signed by Frances Cleveland, an "Executive Mansion" card signed by Rose Elizabeth Cleveland (the sister of Grover Cleveland), a card signed by Mrs. Benjamin Harrison and an inscribed card of Mrs. Theodore Roosevelt. A few cards lightly toned, Mrs. Theodore Roosevelt's card has one small fold. Otherwise, the group is in very good condition.

Roosevelt and Wilson cards are lightly toned. Otherwise the group is in very good condition.

Collection of six visiting cards from the women of the Roosevelt family including two inscribed cards by Edith Kermit Carow Roosevelt, three cards signed by Anna Eleanor Roosevelt (one with lengthy inscription), and a final card signed by Sara Roosevelt, mother of Franklin Delano Roosevelt. One of Eleanor's cards is labeled "State of New York Executive Mansion Albany" and features an embossed crest. Cards are lightly toned, with a few minor stains or abrasions. Still, in very good condition overall.

Roosevelt, Eleanor. Group of Eleanor Roosevelt's calling cards. Of the six cards offered, three are simply signed with the First Lady's name on "The White House Washington" cards. Two cards are printed "Mrs. Franklin Delano Roosevelt", and the final card is that of the President. Foxing to one printed card, toning to a few. Overall, the group is in very good condition.
