Partially Printed Document Signed Accomplished in Manuscript, One page, oblong Octavo, on imprinted Western Union letterhead, Brounsville, February 8, 1874. A completed telegraph form addressed to Major W. R. Gibson, Chief Paymaster, San Antonio, Texas, containing the following message:
"The act [account] extra for Nov. of Surg[eon] Davis was mileage
that of Lt. Donovan was Postage. Endorsement on your letter will be mailed.
