Valens, 364-378 AD. Gold Solidus (4.1g). Minted at Antioch in 367-375. Diademed and cuirassed bust of the emperor facing right. Reverse: Roma and Constantinopolis helmeted, seated on throne, holding shield together inscribed: VOT X IIVL XX.
