132-135 AD. Year 1. AE Small Bronze (22.5 mm) "Elezar". Seven-branched palm tree with two bunches of dates; Hebrew across field ("Elezar the priest"). Reverse: Bunch of grapes with branch and small leaf; around ("Year one of the redemption of Israel"). Mild. 150; Hen. 681; Mesh. 7. A striking example, struck on a large flan, with mottled red and green patina. Nearly Extremely Fine.
