GERMANY-BAVARIA. Medal, 1892. Silver. 40.97 mm. Luitpold Prince Regent. A wonderful German medal! Elegant golden blue iridescent toning is evenly distributed on both sides, atop reflective surfaces. The rims are knife-like. Tiny abrasions and stray lines may be seen beneath the color, but only in the fields--the portrait and monument are unblemished. All in all, a very special specimen! Uncirculated.
