Crest over value. Reverse: Blacksmith striking anvil. Similar to regular issue but small details and the relief are slightly different. This pattern was prepared in London, for a coining contract with the young Soviet government that had to sub-contract to meet its backlogged coinage needs. Only a few pieces known, Extremely Rare. Lots of old hairlines beneath a new coating of golden toning. NGC graded Proof 62.
